Frequently Asked Questions
When will my order arrive?
– We ship the goodies from Barcelona, Spain. So it depends on your location.
Spanish orders usually take around 3-7 days, European around 2-3 weeks and International 5-10 weeks.
Please keep in mind that these shipping times are approximated, delays in the postal system are common and out of our control.
Can I cancel my order?
– We do accept cancelations but only if I haven’t mailed it yet. If you need to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible so that I can refund it.
Can I return or exchange the products?
– We don’t accept returns or exchanges. If you have any issue with your order make sure to contact me and we’ll try to help you.
Will I get a tracking number?
– You can choose between standard shipping or tracked shipping. Standard shipping is the more economic option, but doesn’t offer the tracking code. If you
paid for tracked shipping, your code is on the shipping confirmation email we sent you.
How about the import tax and customs fees?
– The tax and other fees are determined by the destination country’s customs officials as well as the mail carrier. These fees are not a basis for a refund on our end,
as they aren’t something we are able to control so we’re not responsible. Please take it on mind before placing an order.
